Welcome to Buffalo Ranch!  Our 105-acre community  has 552  homes.  Buffalo Ranch is five miles  from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip—one mile  North  of Spanish Trails.  The  central location  of  Buffalo Ranch  makes it  convenient for residents  to access any  part of  the Vegas Valley.  Situated  close  to 215  Loop allows residents to quickly and  easily travel to  the Airport, Hotels, Resorts,  Red Rocks recreational area, or any desired location throughout Las Vegas.

Safety  is  a  priority for  our residents.  Buffalo Ranch  takes  pride in  its  unique  double   gate   system.   This  well-maintained   gate   system  allows  only  one vehicle at a time to enter the community at the three entrances. A secure gate door  follows a  lifting arm. Resident volunteers  help maintain  our safe  double gate system. This helps keep maintenance costs low and affordable. A savings that keeps our HOA dues low compared to other communities.
