Call Box & Keypad Code Features

When your visitor is calling from the CALLBOX,

Press "9" on your phone to "Grant Access."

The phone number of the visitor CALLBOX is (702)899-5564.

Buffalo Gate and Willowhill Gate are for both Residents and visitors.

Winter Harbor Gate is for residents' use only.

BR Gates' Code Using guide (Two Shortcut A and B)

A. Using a four-digit code on the LiftMaster touch screen:

  • If you get a four-digit code, for example 4325,
  • You tap the LiftMaster screen, press “I have a code," enter the code, and press “Call.” The system will make a call to the resident you want to visit, wait for the resident to answer.
  • The resident will raise the gate arm to open by clicking number 9 on their phone. Please wait for the gate arm to open and then pass through the gate quickly.
  • If resident does not open the gate, turn around and contact resident for instructions.

B. Using a five-digit code (with # at the end ) on the silver keypad:

  • If you get a five-digit code, for example, 33214#
  • Please enter the code on the silver keypad. The gate will open if your code is correct,
  • Please wait for the gate arm to open and then pass through the gate quickly.
  • If the gate does not open, turn-around and get in touch with the resident for instructions.
